“Ottimo”

Good location, near train station and main city centre (15min walk). Professional, friendly staff who speak English and were always very helpful. Inclusive breakfast was very comprehensive and not busy. Rooms were air-conditioned which was a big plus in summer, no noise pollution. En-suite was good, very powerful shower. Good Wifi. Free water in the mini-bar was also very good.

“Beautiful decor and friendly staff”

Bright, clean, spacious room with a view of the court yard. Nice buffet breakfast. Staff were very helpful (providing luggage storage and letting us buy bus tickets from them). Aircon room was amazingly cool to escape the heat.

“extrememely acomadating”

Guesseppe – the man at the reception was extremely curtious and helpfull. He mark on a map the most important thing thing to see in the city and drew the way to get to each place. When we left, my wife forgot her wallet under the pillow and noticed so only when we reached our next destination – Venice. I called the hotel, Guesseppe anwered and said that he already had the wallet in his hand and was just waiting for my call to instuct him ehat to do with it. Since our last destination in Italy was Milan, he sent it directly to the hotel in Milan so by the time we got there, it was waiting for us.

“Don’t miss out on seeing this wonderful city”

We were given directions by the Hotel staff on how to get there before we arrived and they were spot on which was much appreciated. We checked in, given the usual rundown on the facilities and if we wanted assistance on where to go they were only too happy to help. All staff spoke excellent English as I was struggling with my Italian. Breakfast was very good and plenty to choose from. Unfortunately the Hotel did not have a Restaurant but gave us several places to try one of which was just around the corner called the Clarinetta which was absolutely fantastic and we ate there for the two nights. If we come back to Florence again we will definitely stay here. Shopping is great with the leather markets full of great products. All in all a very clean and interesting city and obviously they take great pride in keeping it that way.

“Overnight with early luggage drop off.”

Guiseppe at Reception was super. We dropped our bags off before returning a rental car. We mentioned that we would be doing a Hop On Hop Off Tour before returning and he made sure we were comfortable with using Transit and walking then gave us some excellent advice along with a highlighted map to walk back to the hotel after…

“Good breakfast, spacious rooms”

Although the roads around the hotel are under construction, you can arrive at train station in 15 minutes and at Duomo in 25 minutes by walking. The reception staff were helpful and polite. The rooms were big and clean. The breakfast was very delicious and rich.

“Friendly convenient hotel”

As part of our tour, this hotel is a great place to stay. We stayed two nights. A quiet location slept well. Air conditioning is a welcome for the hot days. Reception was always welcoming, smiling and happy. Very accomodating, helpful with all our needs. Breakfast a good variety. Easy walking distance to town. Bus stop is around the corner…

“Nice and cosy”

Very nice hotel, close to the center of Florence, with great staff. I recomand it to anyone. We felt really well, good breakfast and clean rooms. Just 15 min away from Santa Maria Novella( the railway station), in a great neighbourhood.
